Courtney Cox Family Tragedy

ABC has confirmed that filming on the further episodes of “Cougar Town” has been halted. ABC has also cleared that filming has been stopped only temporarily and the reason has been cited as Courtney Cox’s unavailability for the time being. Since the reason behind the unavailability of the star has not been confirmed either by ABC or by Courtney Cox herself, lot of guess work is in progress. There is no confirmation at all that the production has been stopped for some family tragedy that has hit the star.

The series shows Courtney Cox as 40 years old single mother. She is still dating to find a partner for herself.

The only reason behind the unavailability of the star is given as some family matter keeping Courtney Cox engaged. However viewers can find some relief in the fact that three episodes of the series have already been filmed and would be aired during early 2010. The rumors also have that ABC may be looking at the alternate options.

Courtney Cox has been married to David Arquette and the couple have 5 years old daughter Coco to themselves. In a recent interview Cox shared her concern over her advanced age and fertility. She said that she has talked with Arquette to have more children and they are mentally preparing themselves. Courtney Cox is 45 and as her photographs showing her coming out of public came online it was rumored that she has been consulting her doctor for complications related to menopause.

However there is no confirmation at all to the rumors that Courtney Cox is pregnant or dealing with some family tragedy.

Actors capture the imaginations of viewers who usually seem to over look the fact that they are normal human beings as well. One of the risks in running a serial includes, which potentially haunts the producer, any possibility of obstruction in the availability of the main actors. But certainly actors are human beings first and towards whom people develop emotional association during the course of serials, they feel highly disgruntled when a private matter forces actors to abandon or suspend their roles in the on-going project. And it becomes more intolerable when the story involves climax full of suspense. The proposition seems to fit to the Cougar Town fans that are holding their breaths whether Jules Cobb, played by Courtney Cox, succeeds in trapping a younger guy or not. Now her private matter has started to divert her from the serial. Her fans are in a blended state of mind of desperation and curiosity because it has not come to the surface what private matter has intruded to force her to suspend her presence in the serial.

The production on Cougar Town has been canceled while the actress deals with family matter. But it can be conjectured by linking different clues which she gave during her previous interviews. In an interview she revealed that she has the intention to have one more baby and the couple is trying to have one. She has one daughter, Coco who is five years of age. Cox is 45 and her intense desire to have one more baby soon is due to the fact that she has approached the age when menopause may deprive her from having the baby. So the clock is ticking for her. She told in a previous interview that if she were 34 years, she might have waited for one more year but now there is no room for any further delay.
