As per the local Atlanta news out-lets, The Atlanta based producer, known as Shawty Redd was caught & arrested on the NewYear’s Day for purportedly murdering a man in his house located at Henry-County in Georgia.

According to the reporters, reporting on the subject, it was the early morning of the first day of the year 2010, when D. Stewart more commonly recognized as Shawty Redd, was at his house with some other person, who was not an interloper.

A contentious issue did went off among the 2 individuals i.e. ‘tween Shawty Redd & that particular individual, which actually resulted in that stranger somebody threatening some vehemence against Shawty Redd.

Shawty Redd dreaded his life after that event & sensed that his life was in some form of a risk. To handle the threat of it all, he took out his fire-arm for self-protection.

As a consequence of it all, a person was shot down & murdered. Instantly, thenceforth Shawty Redd surrendered himself over to the Henry-County Police Dep. At more or less, half past five in the evening, the crime-scene-units were viewed, departing from the Shawty Redd’s home.

Currently, Shawty Redd is reported to have been in a waiting arrangement within the Atlanta prison.

While she was leaving, Chris Henry jumped on the truck and on the way they remain engaged in bickering. At some point Chris Henry was thrown out of the truck.

No world has emerged about how he fell out. Whether the driver pushed him out? Or he deliberately jumped out?

At least Loleini Tonga should come forward and clear her position.

Chris Cuomo is leaving GMA for ‘20/20′

We heard last week that Chris Cuomo is denying his departure from GMA but the latest news postings on ABC denies his denial. It has been announced officially that Chris Cuomo is leaving GMA (Good Morning America) and is now promoted to the anchor desk of ‘20/20′ and the announcer is the ex-anchor of GMA himself.

According to the details, Chris Cuomo announced today that he will be leaving GMA this week and his departure will end his three-year hosting of GMA. Cuomo has been promoted to ‘20/20′ where he will anchor the show along with Elizabeth Vargas. However, he will continue covering breaking news and will keep on receiving answers for all the shows on the news channel. On Friday, Chris Cuomo will be hosting his last day at GMA.

Talking about his new assignment at the news channel, Chris Cuomo said that it is a ‘dream job’ for him but also stated that leaving GMA was a tough decision for him to make.

Cuomo joined GMA in 2006 as the show’s news anchor. In addition to news reporting in the morning show, Chris Cuomo also reported breaking news live from the field. He has covered news like Fort Hood Shooting, Sago mince collapse, and hurricane Rita live from the field.

Chris Cuomo is an American journalist and a licensed attorney. His affiliations with ABC stared in 1999. He has interviewed all the presidential candidates during the election campaign of 2008. He has also reported on the war of terrorism in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Iraq.

It is expected that JuJu Chang would replace Chris Cuomo on GMA news desk.

Thanksgiving holiday provides opportunities to express for what and why we are thankful. It comprises bulk of history. In order to develop thanksgiving skills in children, we can use different techniques and activities. “Thanksgiving Writing prompts” is one of effective techniques to develop good understanding of thanksgiving holiday.

Thanksgiving offers a good opportunity to develop creative writing skills in children. There are many ideas to enhance the writing skills by encouraging kids to write on what is the purpose of thanksgiving holiday. Very young kids of kindergarten level can be given sentences to write e.g. “write a sentence for what you are thankful” or “write a question enquiring about thanksgiving” or “express yourself to other people what your feelings about thanksgiving are”.

Story telling is another technique to develop writing skills related to thanksgiving holiday. Story telling is very good alternative of writing skills because kids are low in motor skills.

The teacher can ask children to make a circle on the flour. The teacher can use a paper and pencil and the children are asked to add their ideas one by one to the initial sentence of the story. The teacher should write each sentence on the paper and children go on contributing their sentences until a complete story is completed.

For example, “it was thanksgiving day. Julia received a phone call from her favorite friend and……..” As far as older children of grade 6 and onwards are concerned, they can be asked to write essays on thanksgiving holiday. For example they can be asked, “Write an essay on why or why not the thanksgiving holiday is significant”. So these are the techniques by which children may enhance their writing skills as well as good understanding of the thanksgiving holiday.

Socrates drinks hemlock despite the fact that he could have chosen exile for himself. I do not know of any other philosopher having such a big impact on the modern society and the way a state is managed except for Socrates. And of course Plato was a disciple of Socrates.

It was 399 BC a trial was underway. Little did the people of the era know that it would change the course of history forever. It was decided that the trial would be an open trial and all the people of the city would be the witness to it. A jury consisting of 500 people sat on the wooden benches. The accusers and the defendant were given 3 hours each to plead their case before the Jury. In a history’s biggest Irony the accusers were the disciples of Socrates himself, Alcibiades and Critias, to whom Socrates had taught the way to speak logically, were to present the case against him.

As Socrates rose it was all too clear that he did not want to save himself, he defended his ideas in a way that his last words have become the part of human history.

When he was taken to jail, he forbade the people to cry at his death and said that it was for the same reason that he had stopped the ladies from attending the trial. He asked, how would he be executed and was told that he would have to drink a bowl full of hemlock.

Socrates never for a split second refused to drink the poison and died a fitting death that became as big a legend as his life was.

Stefanie Spielman dies at the age of 42. She was the wife of NFL and Ohio State star Chris Spielman. Stefanie Spielman was battling with breast cancer. She died after a long fight this Thursday. She died at her home in Upper Arlington. The first announcement of her death was made on WBNS radio in Columbus where Chris Spielman co-hosts a show as well.

Stefanie Spielman was 30-years-old when she found a lump in her breast. At that time she was three months pregnant. She later had a miscarriage. It was in 1998 when the doctors diagnosed her with breast cancer. Stefanie Spielman survived fur attack with cancer but her cancerous lump recurred. At that time her husband Chris Spielman took one-year retirement from Buffalo Bills and stayed at home to take care of his wife and children. When Stephanie went through chemotherapy and lost her hair, Chris too shaved his head. The couple started advocating breast cancer detection. They were awarded with several honors for their dedication to the cause. Stefanie Spielman and Chris Stephanie founded ‘Stephanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research’ and together raised $6 million to promote breast cancer research at Ohio State. Stefanie Spielman also helped a support group for young women suffering with breast cancer.

Stefanie Spielman hosted an annual event in which honors were given to survivors of breast cancers. She also helped creating fund to support the breast cancer patients and their families. For her efforts, Stefanie Spielman was entered into the Ohio Women’s Hall of Fame in 2002.

Upon her death, thousands around the world have paid tribute to her. Lance Armstrong, seven-time winner of Tour de France, says that she was a ‘living example’ who gave us the lessons of courage and strength. Jim Tressel, Ohio State football coach, called her an ‘inspiration’ for others around her. Chris Spielman commented announced her death at the WBNS radio station. ‘Stephanie has gone home to be with Lord,’ said Chris. He also said that he and his wife are thankful to those who support their efforts.
