American Airlines crash in Jamaica is the hottest new of the hour. The News American Airlines crash in Jamaica is still developing and breaking news suggests that over 40 passengers onboard are injured but there are no fatalities.

American Airlines flight 331 crashed in Jamaica at 10:20 P.M on Tuesday. Although there are mixes news’s regarding American Airline Crash in Jamaica and nothing is much clear at this point about the incident, but what can be said with assurance is that, passengers of the American Airliner Boeing 737 flight 331 narrowly missed death after the airliner overran the runway stopping just few feet away from the sea line alongside Port Royal main road.

According to breaking news flight 331 of American Airlines ran short of the runway while landing at Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston, Jamaica. Over 40 onboard passengers were taken to the nearby hospital.

Daryl Vaz Minister for Information released a statement in which he said that most of the passengers are suffering with broken bones but there are no fatalities.

Robert Mais, an onboard passenger told the media that, many were shaken-up badly, whereas several other suffered trauma and broken bones but fortunately he survived without any injury.

There are no passengers left at the crash site, passengers with injuries were taken to the hospital whereas, other passengers have been shifted to the safe areas Michael Bailey superintendent of Kingston East Division said.

Moreover he told the media that Port Royal road where the incident occurred is being guarded by the police and would remain closed until further orders.

Iran has also warned Israel, that if Israel ever came up with war intentions, Iran will respond in a very strong manner, so a cold war is in progress but none of rivalries are ready to ignite.

On the face of it 787 landing was an ordinary plane making it to the runway after a three hour flight. However as 787 Dreamliner’ front lights appeared on the horizon, a new chapter has been written in the aviation history.

Boeing’s new 787 is a revolutionary air craft. Most of all the material with which the Dreamliner’s body has been constructed is not usual aluminium, a totally new titanium and carbon alloy is used to radically reduce the weight.

Yesterday’s flight is a part of the extensive testing program. The testing is necessary to check the material’s behavior under extremely stressful conditions. The successful testing would also earn 787, Federal Aviation Administration’s approval.

Yesterday’s flight was critical to test the basic functionality of the plane; however rainy weather prompted an earlier landing.

After the flight the pilots were satisfied that the plane made it without any hitch. They were of the view that all the systems worked as per the book.

As 787 took off its every move was being closely watched by the Boeing’s Engineers, Reporters and especially the customers of the plane.

The extensive testing program includes passing the air craft through stressed conditions that are only experienced in cases of emergency. The conditions include flying the plane on one engine or simulating the take off when the brakes have failed.

787 landing came as the whole Dreamliner schedule lagged behind by two years from the planned one. Most recently the company made a design change that was completed only weeks ago. The company already has 840 orders for 787 Dreamliner in hand.
