Percy Sutton was a one man corporation. From a freedom rider to a young lawyer, and from politician to a business icon, Percy Sutton was one of the black Americans who remained active for the rights of African-American people. Percy Sutton gave his hand into the hands of death at 89.

Percy Sutton’s journey includes representing Malcolm X and rescuing Apollo Theatre. In the thorny fields of politics he raise from Democratic clubhouses and in1977, he was considered seriously for the mayor ship candidature of Harlem.

Percy Sutton did not become the mayor of the city but he paved way for other blacks and in 1989 when David N Dinkins became the first Black Mayor, he paid tribute to Percy Sutton by saying that Percy Sutton’s efforts were behind his success and he added that he is standing on the shoulders of Percy Sutton.

Edward I Koch who became mayor in 1977 admitted later that it was only God’s will that he has become mayor other wise he has not seen any man sharp and smart enough as Percy Sutton.

The last of his fourteen brothers and sisters Percy Ellis Sutton was born in November 1920 in Texas. At the age of 13 he was badly beaten for distributing N.A.A.C.P brochures to white neighborhood but as his family was committed to human rights so was Percy Sutton.

A veteran of WWII who served in an all black unit of Air Force as an intelligence officer

Percy earned his lawyer’s degree from Brooklyn Law School.

The man who was addressed by the name of Chairman left a wife, a son and a daughter as his survivors. A devoted and dedicated chapter of fighting for human rights of blacks ended with Percy Sutton. RIP Percy Sutton.

Friday after next is 2002 comedy movie featuring Ice Cube, Mike Epps, John Witherspoon. As the film starts a rogue Santa is seen trying to rob Ice Cube and Epps house in the night. Epps is fast asleep and is not at all perturbed by the Cube’s fight with Santa. The result is that the robber is able to get away with money and many Christmas gifts. Police comes to take the notes succeeded by the owner of the apartment demanding that the duo pay the amount by the next day or evict. The situation is made complex by the fact that the amount, that has been kept safe for the rent has been robbed. As if the threat of eviction is not enough the lady informs them that her son has come out of the jail after serving 12 years and she would ask him to have a look at the matters. The matters necessitate that both take up some jobs and luckily they are landed into a job as security guards. Katt Williams has a shop in the area with the name “Pimps and Hoes!”. Two idiotic robbers try to rob the shop but security guards are there! The robbers are caught, invoking an offer of cash reward but the offer is declined.

Instead they invite the shop owner to a part in their house. The party has been thrown to collect the rent. The robber is seen and duo chases him but he gets away. However he is eventually caught and Christmas is celebrated.

Headline: Zhu Zhu, the hottest toy of the year, is declared unsafe by a consumer guide company.

Zhu Zhu, the robotics hamsters, is declared unsafe by a consumer guide company. Zhu Zhu toys, which are topping the Christmas wish lists of many, have been declared potentially dangerous for the children. GoodGuide, a consumer guide company, has recently released a statement that Zhu Zhu contains and unsafe amount of antimony on its furs and nose and this chemical can lead to different health problems. GoodGuide’s CEO Dara O’Rourke says that they have tested the toys several times in their laboratories and have concluded that the little hamsters contain 93 ppm of antimony on its hair while 106 ppm on its nose (ppm stands for parts per million). Dara O’Rourke also says that it is likely that children will put the Zhu Zhu toys in their mouth and it can lead to cancer. Antimony is a substance which has remained quite controversial among the toxic control department officials for quite some time. 60 ppm antimony is declared to be safe for toys.

The manufacturer of Zhu Zhu, Cepia LLM., insists that the toys are safe and denied the claims made by GoodGuide. Zhu Zhu spokesmen say that the toys have passed through ‘rigorous’ tastings and have been marketed after being approved from quality assurance department. Zhu Zhu officials have even offered to share the test procedures and detailed reports to prove their claims. They also said that Zhu Zhu have passed the EU and US government quality and safety standards and rejected all claims about the toys being unsafe.

More than 70,000 Zhu Zhu hamsters have been sold in UK while the sales in US are also making high profits. Zhu Zhu has been named the hottest toys of the season by many toy selling stores and business magazines. Zhu Zhu hamsters are retailed at $10.

Tim Tebow had an emotional, tearful day when Alabama won the game and Florida lost the game with a 32-13 score. The SEC Championship game ended in an emotional way and the loss was hard for the Gators. The fans saw Tim Tebow crying on the field sidelines. Tim Tebow played his last game with Florida and the loss reduced him to tears. It was truly a historic event in the American football history as hundreds of emotional fans were bidding farewell to Tim Tebow. Women of all ages were crying for ‘Timmy’ and little girls were tearful and wanted to shake hands once with Tim Tebow. Men, Women, and little children everyone bid farewell to Tim Tebow in their own way. Some rubbed his head while others patted on his shoulder pads. The fans paid a tribute to him by mimicking Tebow’s trademark eye blacks. Tim Tebow wanted to give his best in his last game and he achieved that. There were some heroic moments in the game when Tebow made three touchdowns and 221 yards passing. He was truly a dominant player in the Florida

against Alabama. After the game, fans saw him crying as his last game came to an end. He gave his fans to hug him, pat him, rub his hair, shake hands with him, in short a lovefest moment with him. It was a moment which has hardly been seen ever in the history of football. Not many players can take the pride of having a very emotional, full of love farewell from his fans. The loss didn’t matter and that’s what Tim Tebow said,’ But at the end of the day, it’s not really what matters’. ‘That’s why you can walk away holding your head high because of things like that,’ says an emotional Tim tebow about the lovely farewell he received from his fans.

Kylie has become the new face for Victoria Secret or Should I say “The New Angel of VS”. The final was between Jamie Lee Darley and Kylie Bisutti, both proved their selves as worthy of the crown in front of Judges panel, but the final decision was not in the hands of judges. The new Angel was to be selected by public votes and public chose Kylie Bisutti, 19, to be the new face of Victoria Secret.

Simi Valley, California resident Kylie Bisutti earned her wings as the 2009 Victoria Secret Angel in the final through public voting. Heidi Klum and Fergie from Black Eye Peas were present in the final episode of “Project Runway” season 6.

Heidi Klum showed off her figure after giving birth to a baby and she was looking as sexy as ever.

Marisa Miller wore Harlequin Fantasy Bra with $3 million dollar worth of diamonds on it, Fergie with other dazzling beauties walked down the catwalk, whereas Black Eyed Peas rocked the house with “Boom Boom Pow”.

Victoria Secret and feathers are somehow very much connected and the final episode shows that too, while the hallmark sign “feathers” were present to give a different look, skimpy and outrageous outfits with dazzling colours were also present to add icing to the cake.

Miranda Kerr, Chanel Iman, Behati Prinsloo, Selita Ebanks, Doutzen Kroes, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Doutzen Kroes, Alessandra Ambrosio, Izabel Goulart and the first ever Victoria Secret Asian Model Liu Wen were not only present in the final but also graced the catwalk.

The final episode of Project Runway was quite amazing and fans have enjoyed the final very much.

Kylie Bisutti scuba diver and dancer who got married recently won the competition to add more grace in the long list of Victoria Secret models.

La Vida Loca is a documentary reflecting light on the bad policies of the U.S government towards San Salvador gangsters. The documentary is made by Christian Poveda and it covers the life of Gangsters in San Salvador. The film focuses on “”la dieciocho” which is also called as the 18th street gang in San Salvador. It shows a 19 years old girl with a tattoo on her face ( the number 18 clearly written on the face). The number 18 shows their membership of the gang. “Moreno” is another real character of the documentary who works in a non-profit bakery. The bakery closed when the owner was arrested and sent to jail for 16 years on the charge of murder. “Wizard” is one-eyed young woman who was followed by Poveda and who is shot to death at the end of the film. The documentary shows the real account of these so-called gangsters who meet their fate for no fault of theirs. The film includes funerals of the members of these gangs. The film is a kaleidoscope of the real life miseries of these people perceived as “hardened criminals”. The screams and cries of men and women constitute “La Vida Loca”. The movie is made not in a hurry or panic.

It took 16 months to capture the essence of real life happenings of the San Salvador gangs. The reason behind the lengthy coverage of the documentary is Poveda thought focusing on only one character will not reveal and present the whole picture. So he decided to cover the situations with more detail and focusing greater number of people. The documentary tries to present that the destruction in San Salvador is the result of bad policies of the U.S. because the situation in San Salvador exasperated when the U.S. deported the gangsters to San Salvador. Before that measure, there were no such “bad blood” gangs in San Salvador. He suggested that it was better if the U.S. would have engaged the US-based gangs in the economic activity rather than exporting them to already impoverished San Salvador.
