He is the biological son of infamous serial killer and rapist Charles Manson. It is being said that Mathew was conceived by a woman who was raped by Charles Manson. Mathew learned the ugly truth about his biological father when he was only twelve years old. He refused to give Charles Manson the rights to adopt him but has kept contact with him. Charles Manson is notorious drug dealer and a serial killer. He is an American criminal who led a criminal family which is known as ‘Manson Family’. The family originated in California in 1960s and is involved in many controversial murder as well as robbery cases. Charles Manson spent his youth in various offenses and was inducted into many correctional institutes. He was then convicted for the murder of Shane Tate, actress and former wife of Roman Polanski, and was given a death sentence. He is currently serving in the Californian jail. Charles Manson’s death sentence was changed automatically to life imprisonment after the approval of 1972 Act.

41 year old DJ Matthew Roberts from Los Angeles, a person who was adopted in a very early age and who like others to adopt children, has searched his biological parents for a long time and finally came to know that his actual biological father responsible for his birth and he is a person, no one would like to have him as a father.

DJ Matthew has got the shocking news that he came into the world as a result of a rape and you want to know who the man was, it was the cruel criminal, cult leader and murderer Charles Manson.

I am sure Matthew would be considering himself unlucky. He was adopted by her father’s sister and his adoptive father avoided the real story about his birth and they always tried to stop him from searching his biological parents. This was the reason behind;

Matthew wasn’t a product of legal activity. It was forced sex and he was conceived by his mother in a result of rape by Charles Manson.

He found his mother Terry some time ago and he was in search of his father as well. Her mother intentionally unravels the identity and father’s name of Matthew but finally she told all about his birth, his father to his illegal son.

Charles Manson is not a personality to known good. He was the murderer of Tate LaBianca and the majority called him a madman.

He finally reached his biological parents. Matthew has communicated with his biological father through letter. He also has the contact number of his real father but he didn’t used to contact him by phone yet.

He said, Charles is my biological father and I can do nothing but I do have some kind of emotional connection with him as a son. He said I don’t want to hate him but at the same time I don’t want to love him

Well, one can do nothing but hope for Matthew, not to follow his forced father.

The cook county sheriff Tom Dart along with other officers has been sued by a prisoner, Kenneth Simmons Mays. He has alleged in his suit that the internal environment of the jail is quite vulnerable and he was stabbed by another prisoner in the mouth. He alleged that the other prisoner used a shank for the purpose and no guard interfered to save him from the attack. He also complained the miserable medical facilities to prisoners. “I’m fearful of my life,” Mays writes. “I’m stressed and depress.” He has claimed $2.6 million as damages.

Tom Dart is facing 270 law suits this year. Previous year, the number was 250. Due to this continuing embarrassment, Tom Dart invited the Discovery Channel to assess the plight of the jail with their own eyes and allowed the cameras for coverage to run it on the public channel.

Tom Dart is of the view that the messy, congested and untidy living conditions coupled with the manipulation of hardened criminals result in the mental distress and sickness of the prisoners.

The jail has the “human capacity” of 4000 prisoners but it is stuffed with 10,000 inmates. The jail is filled with murderers and gangsters who are mentally sick and jeopardize the lives of other prisoners. Media has viewing the invitation of Dart as tact to circumvent public pressure mounting on him. That’s why he has allowed the discovery channel to “diverge” the issue in to some other direction as he knows that there will be less chances of proper management of the incoming prisoners whose number is mounting day by day.

Discovery Channel will run the movie in three parts. First part of “Brains and Brawn” will go on-air today at 8 p.m.

Autopsy report establishes Shaniya Davis’ Cause of Death as asphyxiation, the child was also raped, prior to killing. We have been covering the case since Shaniya went missing on 10th November. The case took a turn as a man was filmed holding a child in his hands the child was recognized as Shaniya Davis. Police identified the man holding the child in the video as Mario Andrette Mc Neil. Rumors are that Shaniya Davis’ mother Antoinette Davis bargained the child to relieve herself of the debts.

Meanwhile the prime suspect McNeil remains in the Police custody. Shaniya Davis’ mother is also facing the several charges of deceiving the police authorities and selling the child for prostitution.

As Shaniya went missing, police suspected Antoinette Davis’ boyfriend, but later freed him as the charges could not be proved. Shaniya Davis’ dead body was found on sixth day after being kidnapped.

Te body was thrown some 100 meters off a deserted road. During the whole proceedings of the case Shaniya Davis’ father has kept on saying that he shouldn’t have let Shaniya go to live with her mother. He publicly requested abductors to return the child. Shaniya Davis spent most of her time with her father as her biological mother has a history of financial difficulties.

Shaniya Davis Cause of death is announced in a press conference held by the police authorities on the case.

It is not yet confirmed whether Mcneil killed the child himself or he just raped Shaniya before handing her over to someone else.
